Cocktails, Delhi, Drink, WowTables Recommends
Undeniably the most versatile wine-based cocktail, here is our selection of places that serve the best sangrias in Delhi with a twist:
Sweet Fruit Chaat Sangria at The Indian Accent
For those in love with Indian fusion flavours, the fruit chaat sangria will hit all the right spots. A ‘chatpata’ twist to the simple sangria – we hear it is the chat masala that lends the sangria its spunky fruit chaat flavour. Pair with the Duck Khurchan Cornetto and the Blue Cheese Naan for a true gastronomical experience.
Honey Melon Sangria at Pamphilos Kitchen & Bar, Greater Kailash (reserve now)
Classic, Peach Melba, Honey melon, apple white – when it comes to Sangria, there’s a lot on offer at Pamphilos. Our favourite though is the Honey melon sangria – red wine with apples, watermelon and cranberry juice – sweetened in just the right amount with the earthy goodness of honey.

Date and Prunes Sangria at Zerzura (reserve now)
It is hard to come across a sangria with a Middle Eastern twist, especially one done so well. Date juice and prunes steeped in a robust red wine makes not just for an unusual concoction, but also a sweet, subtly piquant alternative.

Caribbean Sangria at Barcelos (reserve now)
A must go place for the true Sangria fan. We love their Caribbean Sangria – a fun, tropical drink drink made containing white wine, Malibu rum, oranges and pineapples. In fact, Barcelos has a dedicated sangria bar with as many as 21 different flavours – we suggest you try them all!

Beer Sangria at The Project
Beer, brandy and fresh fruit with white wine makes for an exotic, out of the box recipe that is as fresh as it is refreshing (we suspect the beer has something to do with the spritz!). We also loved the Rose Sangria at the place – white wine with subtle hints of rose fortified with vodka.

Peach Melba Sangria at The Wine Company
White wine and peaches are a match made in heaven, and the Peach Melba Sangria at The Wine Company is as good as it gets. Order the Carari Roti with your drink and add some delicious bite to your evening!
Green Sangria at Elma’s, Hauz Khas Village (reserve now)
Nestled in one of the alleys of Hauz Khas Village, Elma’s Bakery has undeniably made a name for itself with its delectable desserts. But it isn’t just the cakes that they are famous for – the place also serves great sangria. Do try the Green Sangria – green fruits steeped in a crisp white wine, mixed with some green apple vodka and peach schnapps – the next time you are there.

Coffee Sangria at Perch Wine and Coffee Bar
A heady, beautiful blend of coffee and wine, the lingering, rich aftertaste of the coffee is what elevates this drink to a magical level. A must try for true blue coffee aficionados!
Virgin Sangria at Echoes Café
It is tangy, delicious and has definite spunk. And even though it has no wine, the amazing burst of flavours in the drink has got people lining up to Echoes Café to give it a shot. Take a sip, we assure you won’t regret it.
Red Apple and Litchi Rose Sangria at Lord of the Drinks
Lord of the Drinks has a host of delicious Sangria and each one competes for top spot. We particularly enjoyed the Red Apple and Litchi Sangria – a chilly concoction of rosé wine, fresh apples and juicy litchis, making it the perfect summer sangria for Delhites!
