If you are a cheese fan, you will absolutely love this creamy cheese. While the heirloom tomatoes and pesto provide an abundance of relish, the fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese is the main star-tying the whole dish together. The tiny flakes of pepper was a very interesting feature and made the burrata more palatable.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip at Hard Rock Café
The warm, creamy blend of cheese, spinach and artichokes simply melts in your mouth. The parmesan flatbread coupled with toppings of Romano cheese provide a superb crunchy contrast.

Methi thepla cigars neatly rolled to contain a tantalizing filling of Philadelphia cream cheese, paneer and chilli-oregano dust. With a fun sounding name and an exciting appearance, it scintillates our taste buds too. Full points for creativity!

A generous serving of cottage cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, baby corn, capsicum — all together in one dish with an olive oil, garlic and lime dressing. A healthy option this, one that’s rather hard to beat.

Chianti’s famous tiramisu meets all expectations – a dream of a dessert. This vintage pastry with its fresh, homemade mascarpone cheese is absolutely mouthwatering. Pure bliss indeed.
Smoked Salmon and Goat’s Cheese Roulade at Caperberry (reserve now)
A highly flavourful dish from Caperberry’s mélange of amuse bouche. These sliced portion may be tiny, but they burst into flavor when they hit your tongue. The saltiness of the fish, coupled with the sharpness of the goat’s cheese is offset nicely with the strong and creamy cheese wasabi mayonnaise. The microgreen and salmon row garnishing add depth to the dish. Perfection, redefined.
Cheese Fatayer at Caprese, Shangri-La
A traditional Turkish treat, this combination of feta cheese, ricotta and nigella seeds is irresistible. After baking, toppings of tomato, mozzarella, fresh parsley and mint are added. The feta cheese adds a bite of tanginess giving the fatayer a whole new dimension. An unusual dish, but highly appetizing.
Baked Cheesecake with Salted Caramel at Berry’d Alive
A New York style plain baked cheesecake with a salted caramel topping. Cheesecakes here are always great, but this is, hands down, the winner. This quintessential pastry takes on a slightly more savoury taste, but this only serves to enhance its delectability. Overall, a treat to your senses.

Who says cheese is unhealthy? A degustation platter of whole wheat bruschetta with an assortment of gourmet veggie toppings along with cottage cheese (Paneer). Having a nutricount of only 400 calories, (fat 8.1, carbs 99.6, protein 19.5, fiber 60), this dish is a very healthy, tasty, skinny starter.
