Pizza Dough Ingredients
All you need is:
3 cups flour
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Tip #1: Heat up the water, and then mix it along with all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Tip #2: You can also add oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, parsley, onion powder and rosemary to the dough mix.
Mix and knead to form a dough.
Making the crust
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Sprinkle a healthy dose of flour all over your pizza pan and spread the dough on the pan. Bake it for 6 minutes in the oven.
In a bowl of tomato sauce add oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, parsley, onion powder and rosemary. A pinch of each is enough.
Assembling and Baking the Pizza
Top the dough with your homemade sauce and then all the toppings you want. End it with a generous spread of cheese and oregano. Bake the pizza in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for sixteen minutes.
