Shake together 60ml vodka, a few sprigs of mint and coriander, and half a tsp cumin powder, 2 slices of ginger, 90ml water, 10ml mojito mix and 15 ml lime juice and 50 ml aam panna. Strain into a martini glass. You can’t make up these heavenly flavours, guys!
Sweet and bright, this explosive cocktail will have your spirits soaring. Muddle a few slices of red, yellow and green capsicum with 8-10 pineapple chunks. Add it into a shaker with 45 ml vodka, 60ml pineapple juice, 10ml lime juice, a splash of sugar syrup and a lime wedge. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with capsicum strips.
Simply muddle together half a fresh orange, 30ml orange juice, 7-8 pieces of watermelon, 5ml watermelon syrup, 10ml sugar syrup and 5ml lime juice. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon. Crazy refreshing!
Kiwi Grape Mojito:A chilled mojito on a hot summer day? Yes, please! All you need is half a fresh kiwi, 30ml grape juice, fresh mint leaves, 10ml sugar syrup, 10ml lime juice and 6 lime chunks. Muddle, shake and serve.
When a cool burst of flavour is the need of the hour, shake up the Wild Cactus. Mix 60ml tequila with 40ml kiwi crush and 10 ml lime juice. Add sprite or soda for some fizz!
You can bet this pretty, luminescent cocktail will be the star of your party. Pour 30ml litchi juice in a glass full of ice. Add 10ml limejuice and top it up to three fourths in a glass with sprite. For the top layer, mix 5ml blue curacao with 45ml vodka. Garnish with a slice of orange.
This two ingredient fix is not only simple, but summer fresh velvety smooth. In a shaker with ice, add 60ml vodka and 10ml peach syrup. Stir and pour into a pre chilled martini glass. Drop in a couple of almonds as garnishing.
