Smoked Paprika Chicken Stroganoff

Stroganoff is a Russian dish that has sautéed meat, onions and mushrooms served with sour cream. Originally the meat used was beef but over time many chefs have incorporated the recipe with other meats and each chef has his own variation of the dish. The final delicacy leaves you with a tender, meat whose flavour is perfectly matched with the sour cream sauce.
